Works undertaken included: 

  • Supply and install new MCC with Allen Bradley Compact Logix PLC. 

  • Install all new cable supports including new overhead cable tray and steel conduit and fittings to all components. 

  • Complete all field and new MCC safety, control, and motor drive wiring. 

  • Install new safety stops and field junctions for low voltage and high voltage control. 

  • Fit new isolators to each motor drive and wire motors. 

  • Fit earthing to plant structures. 

  • PLC programming and Integration of existing mains power board wiring with new board.
